About the Role

We are seeking a Business and System Analyst with strong interpersonal presence and analytical precision to support a high-visibility national-level digital transformation initiative. This role is highly customer-facing and involves working across multi-disciplinary stakeholders (business and technical) to ensure clear communication and delivery of system requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from various stakeholders
• Facilitate requirement workshops and walkthroughs
• Translate multidisciplinary inputs into actionable system design & specifications
• Support UAT planning and execution (testing & quality assurance)
• Act as a liaison between business users, developers, and project managers

Requirements

• 3+ years in Business/System Analyst roles
• Strong analytical, documentation (SRS, SDD, IDD), and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working across technical (UAT Coordination) and non-technical teams
• Proficient in UML/BPMN/Visio, SDLC methods (Agile, Waterfall,Hybrid)
• Proficient in SQL, APIs, and basic programming concepts
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia / Malaysia

• Willingness to travel regionally
• Comfortable in hybrid working arrangements
• Must have or be willing to obtain: Valid passport and legal documentation for working visa application (as required)
